Arrival day is the day before the starting day. First night is at Duesternbrook and part of the trail!

Long trail Slack pack transfer only N$ 1100.00 per/car and day, to be divided by the group.

Day Hike - Children 4-12 years N$ 65.00 pp ( 3 years and under are free)
Weekend trail: Back pack N$ 300.00 per night and person

Transfer from the airport (one way): N$ 1520.00 max 4 persons per car ( price of 2020, subject to change, depending on petrol prices)
Cold drinks at Campsite/shelter: can be ordered before reservation ( see list of drinks) and to be paid in cash directly with the farmer. We offer beer, coke and sprite a reasonable prices.
Good, walked-in hiking shoes, gatters to keep the grass of, sun tan lotion, hat, sun glasses. There is no electric light at the shelters, only at the first night at Duesternbrook you still have 220V. Bring torches and headlights. The food is not prepared and catered .
We deliver raw food ( vegetables and meat) plus bread. You have to bring your own spices, oil and whatever you need to prepare the food the way you like it.
Bring along one set of leather gloves to manage the firewood. You need to bring your own plates, cups and cutlery.
There is currently no possibility to charge your cellphone, only at the first night at Duesternbrook.
You get in the market solar chargers for cellphone but also re-chargable battery pack for cellphones.
